DDCA ombudsman suspends secretary Vinod Tihara after being found guilty of misconduct, indiscipline

In a circular on 12 August, Vinod Tihara had alleged that the appointment of the CEO, CFO, COO and GM was done without transparency as he as secretary was not informed about the list of applicants and that the eligibility criteria was compromised.
